Preserving your precious memories has been one of our specialties since 1986. Perfect Image Video can transfer your 8mm, Super 8 and 16mm film to digital tape, computer hard drive and DVD.

Our film transfer process uses state of the art equipment to ensure the best quality conversion possible. We start out transferring your film to digital tape first which allows us to edit out any non visible areas of the film. Once on digital tape you have a few options. You can make a DVD master or have the digital tape transferred to a hard drive which allows you to edit out unwanted scenes, put in chronological order, add titles, music and voice over. This makes a great gift for all family members.

The digital tape is the best backup you can have to archive your films. DVD’s are a great way to view your home movies, but if scratched or damaged they are useless.
If you are getting quotes for only a DVD master from your film transfer you are wasting your money. What happens when the DVD fails? You pay for another transfer that is if you still have your film.
